Chamber Suite 2.0 is now a complete member management and accounting system which significantly reduces administrative costs and increases Chamber revenue potential. The management and accounting reports are integrated with, and add support to, Chamber Suite 2. 0 online membership directory, web content management systems survey systems, banner ad management systems, e-commerce systems (member renewals, event registrations, and new members). Chamber Suite 2.0 is the only system available that accounts for both online transactions (from office or home) and offline transactions (at the Chamber office). They include applications such as the Ledger Report and the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports. The Ledger Report reconciles Chamber credit card transactions in minutes rather than hours. These transactions can be both online (e-commerce) and off-line (at the chamber front counter). The Accounts Receivable Aging Reports ensure timely receipt of membership dues and event registration, and increase chamber cash flow. The reports are easy to create and read: |
