Online Survey System  consists of a series of client updateable questions that plug into Pages 5.0, the web-based content editor, allowing one to create surveys for feedback on contests, customer service, etc. 

This survey software package enables one to easily:

• Create survey questions and answers
• Edit questions and answers (ex: add, delete, or change the order of questions and answers)
• Pre-select items (ex: default answers)
• Choose the style for each question within the survey (ex: radio buttons, check boxes, drop down boxes, text boxes and textareas)
• Tabulate and Graph results for analysis
• View individual responses for a pre-determined period of time (ex: today, 7 days, 30 days, etc.)
• Place the survey input form anywhere on a website that uses HI-PERformance’s Pages 5.0 content management system.
