The following survey has been designed for High School Volleyball Coaches in the Fraser Valley to complete.
All survey responses must be in by March 31, 2004. An anouncement will be made at the AGM in April.

Are you in favor of the Fraser Valley Volleyball Commission developing its own, multifacited web site, which will provide team schedules, game results, and standings, as well as Fraser Valley League and Tounament information?
The initial cost will be $100 per school payable September 15, 2004.
